SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager, Preconstruction, to lead Testing & Commissioning activities for PV, BESS, and HV from BD through LNTP. You will own estimates, scope, and baseline commissioning plans, coordinating with Preconstruction, Engineering, OT S, and customer teams.

This role can be fully remote or hybrid with regular in-office presence in the San Diego, CA office. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of commissioning experience on utility-scale projects and a strong

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive experience in commissioning utility-scale electrical or renewable-energy projects.
• Experience reviewing EPC contracts, commissioning exhibits, and specifications.
• Proven ability to develop commissioning estimates, schedules, and plans.
• Strong understanding of PV, BESS, HV, and SCADA commissioning interfaces.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive timely decisions.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the commissioning workstream from BD through LNTP.
• Coordinate inputs from Preconstruction, SCADA, Performance Engineering, PV, HV, and BESS teams.
• Review EPC contract requirements, exhibits, and owner requirements for commissioning obligations.
• Develop and present commissioning plans, estimates, and schedules.
• Lead risk reviews and track commitments with stakeholders.
• Handoff commissioning deliverables to CPM and Operations.
