The Senior Manager, Commercialization leads end-to-end product introductions, partners with the executive team, scales GTM motions, and integrates pricing and market strategies across Product, Sales, Marketing and Finance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, pricing, NPI and commercialization at SaaS companies.
• Experience bridging functions to GTM organizations.
• Familiar with IT and Security data space products and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Commercialization (New Product Introduction) from PRD hand-off through market launch and post-launch success tracking with cross-functional partners.
• Executive Partnership with Cribl's eStaff on commercial readiness, pricing decisions, and launch health; synthesize market/product data into insights.
• Transform with AI: scale commercialization models to support Product and Engineering teams shipping more than ever.
• Measure & Optimize: define success metrics, track across systems, and run post-launch retrospectives.
• Lead M&A due diligence and integration across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
