Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Commercialization Architect, Associate Director, to lead the monetization and pricing strategy across audit, transformations and managed services in US markets. The role requires deep experience in pricing, financial modelling and value-based selling.

You will work in a hybrid model with a flexible vacation policy and a comprehensive Total Rewards package. The base salary ranges from $218,200 to $397,700 in California (excluding Sacramento) and higher in other locations

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in professional services pricing/commercials, strategy consulting or SaaS/product commercialization.
• Expert proficiency in financial modelling, monetization, pricing and budgeting.
• Knowledge of price setting techniques like A/B testing, conjoint analysis, van Westendorp.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercialization factory across product, monetization and pricing.
• Define price lists and monetization models for multiple services.
• Build trust-based relationships to improve EY win rates and margins.
• Align value, usage and pricing metrics for client value.
• Map solution value chain for monetization maturity across services.
