Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Commercialization Architect, Associate Director to lead monetization strategy across Top End Audit, Transformations and Managed Services, shaping pricing, packaging and value-based offerings for client engagements.

You will build modular service components, define monetization models, collaborate across a matrix of internal teams and clients, and drive marketplace growth in a flexible hybrid work environment across the US.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in professional services pricing/commercials, strategy consulting, or SaaS/product commercialization
• Expert in financial modelling, monetization, pricing, budgeting and metrics
• Knowledge of price setting techniques such as A/B testing, conjoint analysis, price elasticity of demand
• University/Bachelors’ degree or equivalent qualification required

Responsibilities

• Lead product and service commercialization across EY's Top End Audit, Transformations, and Managed Services.
• Define price lists, monetization models, discounts, and terms to improve realization.
• Identify value, usage, and pricing metrics aligned with client value and pricing strategy.
• Decompose services into modular components for monetization maturity across the value chain.
