Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Commercialization Architect to lead pricing, packaging, monetization and profitability for new and reimagined offerings across Audit, Advise, Transform, and Operate. The role drives client-value based monetization and oversees GTM, value tables, and pricing strategies.

You will build monetization frameworks, govern pricing models, and collaborate across a matrix of teams to accelerate profitable growth, aligning metrics to client value and market needs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of pricing/commercials experience in professional services pricing, strategy consulting, or SaaS/product commercialization.
• Expert proficiency in financial modelling, monetization, pricing, budgeting, and related metrics.
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative price setting techniques such as A/B testing, conjoint analysis, and price elasticity.
• University/Bachelors’ degree required; MBA or master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for the product and service commercialization factory across EY’s offerings.
• Create clarity from ambiguity to quickly identify and monetize client value.
• Align value, usage, and pricing metrics to meet definable, measurable criteria.
• Decompose services into configurable components enabling monetization model maturity and adoption.
• Define and refine price lists, monetization models, price points, and discount structures.
• Build trust-based relationships to improve EY win rates, revenues, and margins.
