Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Commercialization Architect, Associate Director, in a hybrid US-based role. You will lead monetization, pricing and GTM strategies for EY's products and services across audits, transforms and managed services, shaping client value and profitable growth.

You will build monetization frameworks, price lists and enablement tools, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive outcomes, optimize value delivery and win rates.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in professional services pricing, strategy consulting, corporate development and/or SaaS/product commercialization.
• Expert proficiency in financial modelling, monetization, pricing, accounting, budgeting and associated metrics.
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative price setting and optimization techniques such as A/B testing, conjoint analysis, Gabor-Granger, Price Elasticity of Demand, Van Westendorp, and price laddering.
• University/Bachelors' degree or equivalent qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, execution and accountability of the product and service commercialization factory across multiple business models.
• Create clarity from ambiguity, identify leverage points, and monetize client value to accelerate profitable growth.
• Identify and align value, usage and pricing metrics to ensure definable, measurable pricing.
• Facilitate service decomposition into configurable components with standard deliverables for monetization maturity.
• Define and refine price lists, monetization models, discounts and terms to increase price realization.
• Build trust-based relationships across internal and client stakeholders to widen client value and margins.
