Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior Commercialization Architect, Associate Director to lead the Go‑To‑Market monetization transformation for pricing, packaging, and profitability of new and reimagined offerings across our Audit, Advise, Transform and Operate portfolios.

You will build monetization frameworks, leverage PLG/SLG motions, and define pricing models to accelerate profitable growth, collaborating with senior stakeholders in a global, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in professional services pricing/commercials, strategy consulting, corporate development and/or SaaS/Product commercialization
• Expert proficiency in financial modelling, monetization, pricing, accounting, budgeting and associated metrics
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative price setting and optimization techniques such as A/B testing, conjoint analysis, Gabor-Granger, Price Elasticity of Demand, Van Westendorp, and price laddering
• University/Bachelors' degree or equivalent qualification required

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability of the product and service commercialization factory across Top End Audit, Transformations, Managed Services, and other business models
• Create clarity from ambiguity and swiftly monetize client value to drive profitable growth
• Identify and align value, usage, and pricing metrics in a measurable way that meets client demand and high willingness to pay
• Facilitate decomposition of services into modular components with defined deliverables for monetization maturity across the value chain
• Define and refine the price list for products/services including monetization models, discounts and terms to increase price realization
• Build trust-based relationships and influence decision making to expand client value and EY revenues
