Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Commercialization Architect, Associate Director, to lead monetization, pricing and packaging across Audit, Advise, Transform and Operate. The role drives value-based GTM monetization, leveraging PLG and SLG motions, and shapes market-leading positioning.

Candidates should have 12+ years in pricing/commercials, strong financial modeling skills, and a track record of building modular, monetizable service offerings. EY offers a hybrid work model and competitive rewards.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of pricing/commercials experience in professional services pricing/strategy consulting or SaaS/product commercialization.
• Expert proficiency in financial modeling, monetization, pricing, budgeting and related metrics.
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative price setting and optimization techniques (A/B testing, conjoint analysis, price elasticity, etc.).
• University/Bachelors' degree or equivalent qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the product and service commercialization factory across business models, connecting product, monetization, pricing and commercial models.
• Create clarity from ambiguity and identify leverage points to monetize client value and accelerate profitable growth.
• Align value metrics, usage metrics, and pricing metrics to meet definability, measurability, demand and willingness to pay.
• Decompose complex services into modular components with defined deliverables to mature monetization models.
• Define, iterate and refine price lists, monetization models, discounts and terms to increase price realization and win rates.
• Build trust-based relationships across internal and client stakeholders to drive positive outcomes and EY revenues.
