Job summary
EY is seeking a Senior Commercialization Architect, Associate Director, to lead the monetization and pricing strategy for new and reimagined products and services. The role requires shaping value-driven GTM motions, defining monetization models, and aligning product offerings with client value across Audit, Advise, Transform and Operate.
The successful candidate will influence senior stakeholders, decompose complex services into configurable components, and drive profitable growth.
Qualifications
- Must have 12+ years in pricing/commercials or related advisory/SAAS
- Strong financial modelling, monetization, pricing and budgeting skills
- Knowledge of pricing methods (A/B testing, conjoint analysis, Price Elasticity, etc.) and ability to translate client value into pricing
Responsibilities
- Lead product and service commercialization across multiple EY business models
- Define monetization models, pricing metrics, discounting, and terms to increase win rates
- Collaborate across internal teams to connect product, monetization, and commercial models
- Decompose services into modular components and define deliverables for monetization maturity
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to drive client value and growth
- Guide price list development and governance for assigned products/services
