Job summary

Everon is seeking a skilled service technician to assist with routine and emergency service calls, troubleshoot, replace and repair malfunctioning equipment under supervision. You will contribute to high-quality customer support and ensure documentation of work performed.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to read blueprints, and willingness to travel on short notice. A high school diploma and 5+ years of experience in commercial intrusion, fire, CCTV, intercom, and access

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Vocational Training.
5+ years of experience.
Mastery knowledge of commercial intrusion, fire, CCTV, intercom and access control systems.
Strong communication/leadership skills when working with others.
Knowledge of test equipment (multimeters, battery analyzers, decibel meters).
Valid driver’s license and ability to clear a drug screen.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and emergency service calls including troubleshooting and repairs.
Proctor, coach, and teach others as needed.
Provide reliable, high-quality customer support.
Instruct customers on system operation and functionality.
Document service and hours worked; ensure timely completion of tasks.
