Job summary

Everon is seeking a field service technician to perform routine and emergency service calls, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and train junior staff. The role requires strong knowledge of intrusion, fire, CCTV, intercom and access control systems, plus the ability to read blueprints and follow English documentation.

The technician will travel to client sites, maintain truck stock, provide clear system operation instructions, and document hours and activities promptly.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of field service experience.
• Mastery knowledge of troubleshooting intrusion, fire, CCTV, intercom and access control systems.
• Must read/interpret English documents.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and emergency service calls. Troubleshoots, replaces, and/or repairs malfunctioning or inoperative equipment.
• Must have an ability to proctor, coach, and teach others.
• Provides reliable, high quality customer support.
• Provides customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
• Performs system testing and signal verification.
• Maintains the necessary truck stock/inventory (equipment and tools).
• Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
• Ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks.
