Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing, Inc. is seeking a Staff and Direct Sales Team leader to drive profitability and growth in line with company vision. You will lead in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships and focus on exceptional customer development across key markets.

Responsibilities include creating sales plans, analyzing markets, and coordinating strategies to expand our roofing services, while upholding our safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; 4–6 years of related sales management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Center Point, Salesforce, and Raken.
• Willingness to travel and work with a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market to meet profitability goals.
• Acquire sales analysis of geographic area and target service department roofing sales.
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets in your service territory.
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs, sales volume potential and pricing schedules.
• Maintain records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports.
