You will lead a sales team focused on roofing services, including re-roofing, repairs, and leak response, building lasting customer relationships and expanding our market presence.

The role requires strategizing sales plans, managing pricing, and representing the company at trade associations. Strong leadership, communication, and travel abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; 4–6 years in sales management or related field.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, CenterPoint, Salesforce and Raken.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans and strategies to meet service sales goals.
• Lead and develop the sales team to maximize profitability.
• Penetrate new markets within the service territory.
• Maintain pricing and contracts within MSAs and RMS guidelines.
• Represent the company at industry events and with customers.
