TeamCraft Roofing Inc. is seeking a Staff and Direct Sales Team leader to drive profitability and growth in the sales organization.

You will lead a team focused on developing exceptional customer relationships and long-term accounts, aligning with our vision and core values of safety, honesty, teamwork and quality. Role requires building relationships, creating business plans, and executing sales strategies in a multi-location environment.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or four to six years of related experience in Sales Management or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Fluent knowledge of a variety of computer software applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Center Point, Salesforce, and Raken
• Knowledge of office administrative procedures and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment
• Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, and customers
• Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Willingness to travel and work with diverse client /customer base

• Attend job walk and prepare takeoff off by measuring, noting all variables of the Roof site. This may require multiple visits to the actual project site

Aufgaben

• Acquire Sales Analysis of assigned geographic area and target service department roofing sales. Service department sales are sales for small re-roofs, preventative maintaince inspections, and leak calls. Service sales are less than $100,000 in contract value and/or less than 100 squares of roof
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company service sales goals and profitability
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets in your service territory
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs sales volume potential and pricing schedules that will meet company goals
• Analyze Sales statistics gathered by Sales Team to determine sales potential
• Responsible for Development and performance of ALL Sales Team activities in assigned market
• Establish plans and strategies to expand customer base in the assigned geographic areas
• Utilize the appropriate estimating channels to secure pricing for any quoted work that falls outside a pre-established MSA
• Represent Company at trade Association Conventions and meetings promoting Company Services at the request of the Company.
• Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales Team
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the Team
• Develop and maintain marketing and sales material and current product knowledge
