Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing Inc. seeks a Service Manager to lead the local branch, driving safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will manage estimating, scheduling, and billing from purchase order to completion, while coaching a team of roof technicians.

You will travel statewide as needed, uphold OSHA and company policies, and foster strong client relationships to grow operations and ensure a positive workforce culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus five years in a commercial roofing environment.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Strong supervisory and communication skills with a safety-first mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel statewide (up to ~60%).

Responsibilities

• Lead the local operation and safety plan on all jobsites.
• Oversee estimating, project management, scheduling, and billing from PO to completion.
• Hire, train, and evaluate employees; manage customer relations and growth of the office.
• Review and correct work orders in the field management system; prepare proposals and change orders.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timeliness and quality.
