The Staff Pad is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, develop, and support a team of sales professionals across an assigned market in Denver. You will recruit, train, mentor, and coach to drive results while delivering a strong customer experience.

This role emphasizes leadership, performance coaching, and strategic sales execution to grow the team and revenue in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of roofing, home improvement, construction, or related sales experience, or 1–3 years of sales management experience.
• Roofing industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching sales professionals.
• Strong understanding of consultative, field-based sales.
• Ability to develop sales representatives through structured coaching and training.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned market.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop sales team members.
• Provide hands-on training, field coaching, and ongoing mentorship.
• Lead and motivate the sales team while fostering a positive, accountable, high-performance culture.
• Conduct team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, performance reviews, and sales training.
• Monitor sales activity, pipeline performance, and individual results to achieve team goals.
• Support representatives through customer meetings and complex sales situations.
• Help resolve customer concerns and remove obstacles throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale through completion.
• Establish and reinforce sales processes, best practices, and performance expectations.
• Recognize team achievements and promote professional growth and development.
• Support market growth initiatives and identify opportunities to expand sales.
• Serve as a key link between leadership and the sales team to maintain alignment and accountability.
