Job summary

The Baldwin Group seeks a Sr Client Relationship Manager, Commercial Risk, to own a portfolio of mid-to-high complexity clients in Tampa. Lead multi-year renewal strategy, advise on coverage design, and ensure compliance while delivering a confident, strategic client experience.

You will mentor teammates, collaborate with Advisors, CSS, and carriers, and drive improvements in service delivery to strengthen retention and client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or related field.
• Current state Property & Casualty license.
• 4–6+ years of commercial insurance and account management experience.
• Experience coordinating with offshore teams or partners preferred.
• Strong communication and client advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
• Lead renewal strategy with analysis of coverage options and risk factors.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations; escalate only complex cases.
• Provide quarterly business review insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with CSS, Advisors, and carriers to meet timelines.
• Mentor colleagues and drive process improvements in service delivery.
