Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking a Sr. Client Manager, Commercial Risk to lead the service team for large accounts and coordinate carrier relationships. You will help develop initial placement and renewal strategies while ensuring high-level client service and risk management delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in Commercial Account Management, strong insurance knowledge, and the ability to mentor teammates in a fast-paced environment. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires 10 years’ experience in Commercial Account Management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; professional designation helpful.
• Licensing in required states or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead service team on large accounts and coordinate carrier relationships.
• Develop initial placement/renewal strategy for clients.
• Perform risk mapping and peer reviews for assigned accounts.
