Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager (Sr. CRM) for Commercial Risk in Tampa, FL.

You will manage a portfolio of mid to high complexity clients, lead multi-year renewal strategies, and ensure compliance while delivering strategic guidance to strengthen client relationships and retention. Responsibilities include managing renewals, preparing QBRs, and collaborating with Advisors, CSS, carriers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field.
• Professional designations strongly preferred.
• Current state license required (Property & Casualty).
• 4–6+ years of commercial insurance and account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide consulting by interpreting loss and exposure data; advise on design and coverage strategy.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations; escalate only novel scenarios.
• Lead renewal strategy: analyze coverage options, benchmarking, exposure, and program design.
• Deliver quarterly business review insights with trend analysis and recommendations.
• Review client materials for accuracy and alignment with strategy.
• Manage compliance calendar and regulatory notices.
• Coordinate with CSS, Advisors, and third-party partners to meet timelines.
• Resolve complex billing issues, claims, and endorsements; suggest process improvements.
• Mentor colleagues and lead process improvements.
