Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for Commercial Risk to serve as the main liaison between clients and carriers. The role focuses on managing commercial insurance programs, renewals, and day-to-day service inquiries to deliver a consistent Peace of Mind client experience.

The CRM will analyze coverage needs, benchmark options, and collaborate with the Client Success Specialist and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate policy documentation and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or finance; professional designation preferred.
• Experience in commercial insurance and client service roles is expected.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact, proactively communicating expectations and updates.
• Lead renewal processes by preparing and presenting coverage options, benchmarking, and loss experience.
• Manage client service calendars, onboarding, renewals, and policy documentation delivery.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and coordinate with carriers to negotiate and manage policy activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high-quality workflows and client communications.
