Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
• Provide consulting by interpreting loss and exposure data and advising on program design and coverage strategy.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations; escalate only novel or enterprise-level scenarios as appropriate.
• Lead the renewal strategy by preparing and presenting coverage options and program design alternatives; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver QBR insights with trend analysis and strategic recommendations to improve program performance.
• Review client-facing materials for accuracy and alignment with strategy; collaborate during development and final approval.
