Job summary

The Baldwin Group is seeking a Sr. Client Relationship Manager (Commercial Risk) to oversee a portfolio of mid-to-high complexity clients across commercial insurance programs, renewals, and risk advisory.

You will analyze loss trends, advise on coverage design, and lead client success initiatives with independence and mentorship to peers. Based in Tampa, this role requires strong communication, regulatory awareness, and a proactive approach to delivering the Baldwin Peace of Mind client

Qualifications

• Advanced ability to analyze complex commercial insurance data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Capable of resolving escalated or highly complex client issues with sound judgment.
• Attention to detail in renewal documents, exposure reports, and client communications.
• Ability to manage multiple complex client timelines and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Build trusted client relationships through proactive, service‑oriented engagement.
• Collaborates effectively within cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
• Maintains long-term client relationships with proactive retention strategies.
• Clear, professional communication with leadership at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations on program design and coverage strategy.
• Lead renewal strategy with data analysis, benchmarking, and option design.
• Prepare QBR insights and trend analyses to improve program performance.
• Review client communications for accuracy and alignment with strategy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Resolve complex billing issues and endorsement requests with carriers.
• Identify process improvements to enhance service delivery.
