Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, finance, or related field; professional designations preferred.
• 2–4 years of commercial insurance and account management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presentations to decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact and communicate expectations and updates.
• Lead renewal processes with analysis, benchmarking, and design options.
• Prepare renewal materials, dashboards, and data for senior CRMs and underwriters.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and document policy activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and offshore/third-party partners to execute client strategies.
• Support service delivery with accurate, timely information and issue escalation when needed.
