Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required; substantial work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 15+ years of commercial insurance work experience with large accounts.
• AE work and broking/placement experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to travel ~20%.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team delivering brokerage and services to clients.
• Coordinate brokerage teams, risk control, claims, and financial lines.
• Manage annual insurance renewals and client meetings.
• Prepare renewal submissions and analyze quotes.
• Oversee implementation and document review with insurers.
• Supervise support staff and manage workflow.
• Act as resource for AEs/AAEs/AMs in Risk Management.
