Job summary

First Financial Bank is seeking an experienced Commercial Lending professional to make and service a wide range of loans for commercial clients from its Orange, Texas office. The role emphasizes profitability through sound structuring, strong client development, and active participation in the bank's Customer Service First program.

The incumbent will manage loan portfolios, expand client relationships, and cross-sell bank products, while upholding the bank's policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in banking, finance or business-related field is preferred.
• Formal Credit Training and/or underwriting knowledge experience.
• Minimum 5-10 years of commercial bank lending experience.

Responsibilities

• Make and service all types of Commercial and Real Estate loans either personally or in conjunction with other officers.
• Provide guidance to customers to ensure their banking needs are met.
• Promote the services and profitability of the Bank.
• Develop new business to ensure a constant increase in loans and income to the Bank.
• Must actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture, support the values of the organization and follow established company policies and procedures.
