Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic pipeline of commercial relationship leads and generate new business through referrals and networking.
• Originate, structure, underwrite, and close commercial loans while complying with regulations.
• Develop deposits by growing client operating accounts with new and existing customers.
• Identify growth opportunities and cross-sell banking products and services.
• Manage relationships with clients to deliver financial solutions and long-term value.
• Evaluate loan quality by reviewing financial data, collateral and loan structures.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
• Monitor loan portfolio and maintain appropriate risk ratings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory lending guidelines and internal policies.
