First Financial Bankshares in Orange, Texas is seeking an experienced Commercial Lender to make and service a variety of loans for commercial and real estate clients. You will evaluate profitability, structure deals, and drive business development in the local market while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires 5–10 years of commercial lending experience, a related degree, and solid underwriting or credit training.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in banking, finance or business-related field preferred.
Formal Credit Training and/or underwriting knowledge experience.
Minimum 5-10 years of commercial bank lending experience.
Ability to expand loans, client relationships and cross-sell bank products.
Familiarity with sales, loan processing and closing processes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven portfolio management track record.

Responsabilités

Make and service all types of Commercial and Real Estate loans, personally or with other officers.
Provide guidance to customers to ensure their banking needs are met.
Promote the services and profitability of the Bank.
Develop new business to steadily increase loans and bank income.
Actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture and uphold company policies.
