Qualifications

• 5-10 years of commercial bank lending experience.
• Ability to expand loans and cross-sell bank products.
• Familiarity with the sales, loan processing and closing processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with portfolio management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in banking, finance or business.

Responsibilities

• Make and service all types of Commercial and Real Estate loans either personally or with other officers.
• Provide guidance to customers to meet banking needs.
• Promote the services and profitability of the Bank.
• Develop new business to increase loans and income.
