First Horizon Corp. is hiring a Commercial Relationship Manager to nurture relationships with high‑revenue clients and manage a diverse lending portfolio from Naples, FL.

You will analyze credit strengths, structure loans, and coordinate with underwriters to optimize risk-adjusted returns while delivering top-tier service. The role focuses on expanding relationships, pricing loans competitively, and advising clients on financial strategies within regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6–8 years of experience or equivalent
• Experience in managing Syndicated loans and Middle Market Lending in South Florida (Miami-Dade)
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Expand existing client relationships and develop new ones to generate revenue
• Analyze credit strengths/weaknesses and make loan–pricing recommendations
• Coordinate with deal team to finalize term sheets and ensure accurate reflection of financials
• Prepare commitment letters and support loan closing with management oversight
• Monitor portfolio, identify weaknesses/trends, and ensure adherence to covenants
• Educate clients on financial strategies and align offerings with their needs
