First Horizon Bank is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager to nurture banking relationships with high revenue generating organizations in the Naples, FL area. This role requires guiding credit decisions, coordinating with underwriters, and ensuring asset quality while expanding the bank's client portfolio.

The candidate should have 6-8 years of experience in syndicated loans or middle-market lending in South Florida and possess strong analytical and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6-8 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in management of Syndicated loans and Middle Market Lending in the South Florida market concentrating on Miami-Dade county

Responsibilities

• Expand existing client relationships to generate incremental revenue for the bank while developing new client relationships.
• Work with Management and Underwriters to analyze credit strengths/weaknesses and make loan recommendations; structure loans to protect the bank.
• Coordinate with Relationship Manager, Market President, Senior Credit Officer, and Underwriter on deal teams and term sheet preparation.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements; maintain proper relationship house-holding.
