Job summary

First Horizon Corporation is seeking a seasoned banking professional to manage and grow a portfolio spanning commercial, middle market, and commercial real estate lending in Central Florida. The role involves credit analysis, structuring loans, and coordinating across relationship managers, underwriters, and senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of experience and a bachelor's degree, with strong skills in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, to drive revenue growth and risk-adjusted

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6-8 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a client portfolio for the bank, including commercial, middle market, and commercial real estate clients.
• Expand existing client relationships which generate incremental revenue for the bank while developing new client relationships which generate acceptable returns for the bank.
• Coordinate deal team meetings between Relationship Manager, Market President, Senior Credit Officer, and Underwriter; ensure underwriting package accuracy.
• Provide mentoring and training to other bank associates.
