Job summary

NBH Bank is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager II in Dallas to originate, structure, and manage commercial lending relationships with a focus on credit analysis and risk assessment. You will collaborate with credit, treasury, and operations to deliver banking solutions, develop new business, and grow an existing portfolio while ensuring a high-quality client experience.

A Bachelor's degree is required, with 6–9 years of experience; travel 10–25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 6-9 years of commercial banking or related financial services experience
• Demonstrated experience in commercial lending, business development, sales, and client relationship management
• MBA or advanced business-related degree preferred
• 7+ years of commercial banking experience preferred
• Strong understanding of commercial credit, financial analysis, and accounting principles
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements (including BSA/OFAC)
