Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field or combination of education and work experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Good managerial, communication and sales skills.

• Deepen relationships with existing clients and acquire new clients to grow portfolio.
• Cross-sell lending, depository and Treasury Management products to clients.
• Review loan documents for compliance with policy and regulations; monitor credit terms.
• Provide financial advice on business trends and conditions; maintain accurate financials and collateral.
