NBH Bank in Dallas, TX seeks a Relationship Assistant to support Relationship Officers and Banking Center leadership in achieving loan production and portfolio goals. You will coordinate loan documentation, liaise with title companies, and manage third-party reports.

The role requires ensuring compliance with approved credit structures and bank requirements. Additional duties include monitoring loan pipelines, post-close activities, disbursements, and maintaining accurate electronic loan

Formación

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of banking experience.
• 5+ years in commercial or small business lending space.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational and administrative support to Relationship Officers and Banking Center leadership.
• Coordinate and support all phases of the loan process, including preparing loan files for closing and ensuring documentation accuracy.
• Serve as coordination point with title companies for reports, endorsements, searches, and title letters; order and review business organizational documents.
• Monitor loan pipelines, manage loan ticklers, follow up on post-close items, and maintain accurate loan records.
