Job summary

Busey Bank in Carmel, IN is seeking a Relationship Manager II to grow borrowing relationships and cross-sell bank services. You will manage a loan portfolio, analyze financial data, structure transactions, and present loans for approval while maintaining loan quality.

The role requires 5+ years in banking or finance, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, and strong communication and sales skills. You will work with Market President and other lines of business to develop new opportunities and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
5+ years of banking, finance or sales experience.
Credit analysis experience required.
Strong communication and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

Develop new business and manage borrowing relationships to cross-sell bank services.
Analyze customers' financial data, structure and negotiate credit transactions, and manage credit.
Service existing relationships to maximize profitability and pursue past-due loans.
Identify early signs of problem loans and prepare reports for management.
Collaborate with other lines of business to drive business development.
