Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2 years banking experience with lending responsibilities required.
• 1 year of training or mentorship or equivalent experience.
• NMLS registration must be current if lending.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
• Serve as trusted contact, ensuring high level of service.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and proactive outreach.
• Provide guidance on banking products and services that meet customer needs.
• Identify and promote bank products and services; cross-sell where appropriate.
• Open and manage personal and business accounts and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support customers with online and mobile banking tools and explain digital options.
• Assist with loan applications and initial screenings; coordinate with loan officers.
• Process transactions accurately and balance cash drawer.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements; monitor for suspicious activity.
• Mentor newer staff and support branch operations and leadership.
