Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma.
• 2 years of banking experience with lending responsibilities required.
• 1 year of previous training and/or combination of mentorship, military or management experience required.
• Pursuant to the SAFE Act, all Relationship Bankers with lending responsibilities must maintain active NMLS registration.
• Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
• Serve as a trusted contact ensuring the highest level of service.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service and proactive outreach.
• Provide guidance on financial products and services that meet customer needs.
• Actively identify and promote bank products and services.
• Ask targeted questions to learn about financial needs and goals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and referral goals through need-based recommendations.
• Refer customers to other lines of business such as mortgage, wealth, treasury, and commercial.
