Fulton Bank in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking an experienced Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to develop and manage a portfolio of business clients generating $5-25 million in revenue. You will source opportunities, negotiate terms, and coordinate credit, deposits and fee income products to drive growth.

You will maintain close client contact, assess cash flow, and deliver tailored banking solutions while meeting sales goals within risk tolerance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience.
• Experience in commercial banking and credit.
• Proven ability to grow and retain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers with lending, deposit and other financial needs.
• Lead the credit underwriting process and document loan closings.
