Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager in Bridgewater, NJ, with hybrid/onsite options. You will build and manage client relationships for businesses generating $5–$25 million in revenue, coordinating loans, deposits and fees.

You will identify opportunities, negotiate terms, and guide clients through credit processes while partnering with Fulton colleagues to drive portfolio growth and profitability in multiple regional markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience in business/finance/related field.
• Proven ability to establish and grow commercial client relationships.
• Strong negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source and manage prospective and existing commercial clients with lending, deposit, and other financial service needs.
• Coordinate loan approvals, documentation and closing with credit partners.
• Provide relationship reviews and advise on products to grow revenue within risk tolerance.
