First Interstate Bank is seeking a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager in Colorado to oversee a loan portfolio exceeding $100MM and manage a network of at least 35 bank relationships. The role anchors growth through new business development, strategic client advisement, and profitable revenue generation while maintaining credit quality.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to respond to client needs, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance with lending policies.

Competenze

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; PowerPoint experience is beneficial.
• Exhibits strong written and verbal communication and the ability to present to groups.
• Demonstrates advanced credit analysis and commercial underwriting skills with accounting, financial statement, and cash flow analysis.
