Citizens is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager to drive active CRE business development through prospecting, referrals, and community engagement. The role includes presenting credit offerings to senior management and maintaining timely records of sales and approvals within authority.

You will manage relationships with institutional and middle market clients, coordinate with internal product partners, and contribute to the growth of the bank’s CRE loan portfolio.

Competenze

• Requires 10+ years of CRE relationship management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales ability with ability to grow portfolio.
• Experience with CRE asset classes: Senior Housing, Multi-Family, Mixed Use Industrial, and Institutional.
• Experience with credit lending products: Construction, Bridge, Term, and Unsecured Lines.

Mansioni

• Identify, maintain, and grow relationships with institutional and middle market real estate clients.
• Prepare loan structuring recommendations, including syndication strategies.
• Prepare documentation for loan origination, structuring, and execution of large transactions.
• Perform activities for loan generation and assessment, including risk evaluation and marketing.
• Support portfolio management with ongoing credit management.
• Coordinate with Treasury Management, Derivatives, and Capital Markets teams.
• Establish and cultivate bank and institutional relationships across financial services.
