Job summary

Padagis is seeking a Commercial Project Manager with CDMO/CMO experience to join our Commercial Team early in 2027. You will lead customer-facing programs and drive internal CDMO initiatives to scale the business.

This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Operations and site teams in Minnesota and Israel, and a proven track record in launches, tech transfers, and supply continuity. Excellent communication and project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in a pharmaceutical CMO/CDMO or closely regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects, including tech transfers, new product introductions, commercial launches, or supply continuity efforts.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional pharma/CMO workflows (Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain) and how they interact in commercial manufacturing projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with clear structure, discipline, and follow-through.
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence in managing discussions with external customers and senior internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Projects, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing CDMO/CMO projects and provide structured updates.
• Coordinate with Operations and site teams in Minnesota and Israel.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans across launches, supply initiatives, tech transfers, and ongoing commercial activities.
• Manage internal CDMO process improvements and governance projects to scale the business.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and mitigation plans to support on-time delivery.
• Support handoff from opportunity to execution with clear accountability.
• Prepare updates and action logs to improve visibility and alignment.
• Coordinate milestones with Finance/Commercial for invoicing.
