Job summary

Padagis is seeking a Commercial Project Manager with CDMO/CMO experience to join our Commercial Team in Wisconsin. The role focuses on leading customer-facing programs and internal CDMO projects, ensuring on-time delivery and scalable processes.

The ideal candidate will manage cross-site manufacturing readiness with teams in Minnesota and Israel, build detailed project plans, and drive governance, tools, and working methods to support growth in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management within a pharmaceutical CMO/CDMO or closely related regulated manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing projects, ideally involving tech transfers, new product introductions, commercial launches, or supply continuity efforts.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional pharma/CMO workflows (Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain) and how they interact in commercial manufacturing projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with clear structure, discipline, and follow-through.
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence in managing discussions with external customers and senior internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and standard office applications (Smartsheet, MS Projects, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing project leadership and status updates for assigned CDMO/CMO customers.
• Cross-site coordination with Operations and site teams in Minnesota and Israel.
• End-to-end project management including scope, milestones, risks, and action items for launches and commercial activities.
• Internal CDMO build-out projects to improve processes, governance, tools, and ways of working.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks; drive mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery and strong customer experience.
• Commercial handoff and execution support with clear accountability.
• Prepare customer updates, internal status reports, action logs, and decision trackers.
• Coordinate milestone-linked invoicing with Finance/Commercial teams.
