Job summary

Responsibilities

• Gathers information and loan documentation for credit analysis, underwriting, and maintenance of the commercial loan portfolio and client files.
• Provides administrative support for the Commercial Loan team.
• Assists Loan Officers with data entry into spreadsheets, analytical software and bank data systems.
• Prepares lien perfection documents, loan exhibits and other loan documents; proofs documents for accuracy.
• Coordinates loan closings with loan processing and clients; verifies signatures, dates, and closing statements.
• Maintains credit files for assigned areas; assists in draw requests and timely document collection.
• Answers inquiries concerning loan processing, servicing and file maintenance.
• Reviews document exception reports to ensure timely resolution of items.
• Complies with BSA/AML, OFAC, GLBA/privacy rules.
