Job summary

Vast Bank in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Lending Assistant Supervisor to lead the Commercial Lending Assistant team and support loan administration, due diligence, and closing activities.

You will coach staff, ensure accuracy and timely processing, maintain documentation, and collaborate with lenders, credit, and operations to deliver quality service.

Requires 7+ years in commercial lending or related banking roles, with leadership experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of commercial lending/loan administration experience.
• Prior leadership, team lead, training, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, train, and develop the Commercial Lending Assistant team.
• Provide day-to-day guidance on questions, workload, and issue resolution.
• Maintain consistent procedures, checklists, and training materials.
• Coordinate with lending, credit, and operations for timely closing and follow-up.
• Assist lenders with gathering borrower information and tracking due diligence.
