Qualifications

• Five to eight years of similar or related experience.
• A two-year college degree or equivalent certification or training; or apprenticeship.
• Proficiency with loan processing software and Microsoft Excel.
• Commercial loan documentation skills and understanding of loan documents.

Responsibilities

• Assists RMs with complex transactions including underwriting packages and closing prep.
• Assists at loan closings with title companies and closing attorneys; handles less complex closings as needed.
• Calls on business clients/prospects with RMs to develop new business relationships.
• Suggests new products and services after identifying client needs.
• Runs the Pricing Model for RMs with suggested fees and loan pricing.
• Reviews monthly and quarterly loan compliance and required financial statements.
