Qualifications

• 5+ years of credit or customer service experience in financial services
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Commercial loan experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Working knowledge of federal and state banking regulations
• Attention to detail
• Ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and administrative assistance to Commercial Relationship Managers and partners
• Support loan production by collecting, ordering, and tracking information for risk assessment and underwriting (UCC searches, appraisals, environmental assessments, KYC, surveys)
• Prepare written communications (commitment letters, term sheets, notes) on behalf of the CRM
• Complete the Credit Lens Loan Worksheet and coordinate with Loan Closers
• Monitor reporting and identify actions needed (maturities, auto-renew LCs, insurance, taxes)
• Collect customer financial statements and load to Credit Lens
• Collaborate on loan closings and submit executed documents
• Submit customer maintenance requests to Loan Operations
• Transfer and assign notes; coordinate disbursement requests
• Complete Post-Close tasks in Credit Lens and manage WIP files
• Resolve critical exceptions and mentor LOAs
• Participate in compliance training and company education programs
• Adhere to policies and exemplify the bank’s vision and culture
• Provide world-class service with urgency and a positive attitude
