Job summary

United Community seeks a Commercial Loan Administrative (LOA) to support Commercial Relationship Managers and Loan Closers in the credit process. You will collect information for risk assessment, prepare correspondence, monitor maturities, and assist with loan closings and post-close tasks.

The role requires 5+ years in credit or customer service in financial services, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency. Travel up to 10% and a full-time schedule are noted in the description.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of credit or customer service experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience in commercial loan processes is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and administrative assistance to Commercial Relationship Managers (CRM) and other partners.
• Support new and renewed loan production by collecting, ordering, and tracking information required for accurate risk assessment and underwriting.
• Prepare written communication on behalf of the CRM to include commitment letters, term sheets, etc.
• Collaborate with CRM, Commercial Loan Closer, Underwriter, Doc Prep and/or outside counsel on loan closings; collect executed documents from CRM and submit.
• Manage WIP files and transfer/assign notes as needed.
• Complete assigned Post-Cuse tasks in Credit Lens and assist with general compliance training.
