Job summary

Northwest Bank in Ohio seeks a Loan Servicing Coordinator to manage daily servicing for small business and commercial loans and to serve as a back-up for the Small Business Loan Operations Management team.

You will perform loan setup, funding, post-closing reviews, payoffs, modifications, and ongoing servicing while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. The role includes training new staff and assisting with audits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience required.
• 6-8 years of commercial or small business loan experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial and small business loan products, credit policy, compliance and related regulations.
• Knowledge of loan documentation and ability to read and interpret documents.
• Familiarity with loan servicing systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete new loan set-up, funding, and post-closing review.
• Post loan transactions for all product types.
• Perform loan maintenance in the core system as needed.
• Meet established service level agreements and benchmarks.
• Prepare payoff quotes and transactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries with exemplary service.
• Process loan modifications.
• Monitor and reconcile reports for SBA, Small Business, or Commercial loans.
• Ensure data integrity and CECL compliance.
• Train new hires for consistency in servicing.
