Job summary

Northwest Bank seeks a Small Business Loan Specialty Origination & Servicing Manager to lead the servicing team and oversee daily operations. You will ensure timely completion of workflows and maintain data integrity in CECL compliance while partnering with underwriting and branch leadership to support credit requests.

The role focuses on staffing, coaching, and process improvements to meet SLAs, with responsibilities across post-closing, documentation, and monitoring tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• 3-5 years small business loan or banking experience preferred.
• 2-6 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of loan support systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to collaborate with strategic partners at a management level.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the small business loan servicing team to ensure timely task completion.
• Ensure data integrity and CECL-related attributes.
• Oversee controls for core systems to meet audit requirements.
• Develop and implement servicing procedures and workflow enhancements.
• Provide training and coaching to new hires for consistency in servicing loans.
• Engage with Underwriters, Branch Managers and Business Bankers to support credit requests.
• Meet or exceed SLA metrics for headcount, service, and efficiency.
• Perform SOX testing as needed.
